Bliss Camp™ is suitable for all fitness abilities. Students are always encouraged to move at their own pace.
While this class provides a challenging cardiovascular experience to increase muscular strength and endurance, the ultimate focus is on self-development techniques to attain a higher state of being by raising consciousness and finding perfect tranquility and spiritual insight within one’s self. Practitioners will learn how to increase body awareness, proper body movements to lengthen the body through functional movement techniques that will benefit practitioners inside and outside of the studio.
