Bodyweight Exercises

The Yoga Dojo’s focus is on bringing consciousness into everyday movements to enhance mindful awareness of the individual and their body. This will help establish a relationship the practitioner will have with themselves to contribute towards injury prevention, strength, and to increase overall coordination and balance in the body.

 

The following series of videos are dedicated to showcasing bodyweight exercises that the practitioner may play around with anytime and anywhere at their own convenience. These exercises will contribute to strength, coordination, agility, balance, and functional athleticism.
