The Yoga Dojo offers a variety of unique yoga classes fused with martial arts, dynamic movement training, Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophies, and meditation. Each class is part of a progressive system to prepare students for advanced classes.
New students start in our foundation class called “Yoga Do Gentle” which will prepare them physically and mentally for the dynamics of all the movements. Students will have an enhanced awareness of their body, increased functional movement, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and body and mind connection.
